In Wednesday 14th. December we had a gathering as PM Corner in Red Berry Café, in this gathering I presented Agile Project Management for 60 Minutes and after that we had a group discussion we covered many topics like agile definition , why agile, agile Manifesto , agile principles, Scrum Methodology, how to apply it.
