I had finished the PMI-RMP exam preparation course, it was wonderful course and I hope all the attendees will pass the exam next week.
I got many requests to know how to prepare for this exam and here is my reply:
First : you need to study the following knowledge areas in the PMBOK 4th. Edition
1 - Risk Management Knowledge Area
2 - Communication Management Knowledge area
Second: you need to Know the Earned Value Technique.
SPI , CPI, ETC , EAC , CV , SV and the relation between the performance and risk.
Schedule Control and Cost Control Processes are very important.
Third : Read the Risk Management Standard and focus more on the tools and techniques
